1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Please note that certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and clearance sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and final-sale reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at haoraoqitrading@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation of the reason for return (e.g., defective item, wrong size, etc.)
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send your package back without authorization, as it may not be processed properly.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- If your return does not meet the eligibility conditions, it may be returned to you at your expense.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at haoraoqitrading@gmail.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos or videos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead need to follow the return process described above.
